Mr. Jin Lee





Mr. Jin Lee has been in the plumbing business for over 20 years. When Mr. Jin Lee was still a boy he was fascinated with the way things worked.  He enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back  together.  Plumbing was always something that interest him. Jin Lee came to the United States from Korea in 1995.  That's when he pursed his plumbing career. Jin Lee did a lot of research on plumbing problems and solutions.  In 2003 he started his own company.  Smart Plumbers and Rooters.  Smart Plumbers and Rooters is a full plumbing service firm and is Diamond Certified.

We service residential, commercial and industrial.  Installing and repairing drains, faucets, toilets, gas and water lines, garbage disposals, water heaters, video line inspections etc.  we also do excavating , hydro jetting, trench-less pipe work  and more. We service  Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties   Mr. Jin Lee is a very intelligent and hard working, not to mention he is nice person.  He likes to play golf and a couple of his favorite words are quickly and lazy.  He can be a little pushy at times but its only cause he wants to see the best in a person.  He likes perfection and knows that everyone can do a job without mistakes.  I havent been with Smart Plumbers and Rooters very long but i enjoy working here.

  Our Smartplumber Joey was dispatched to a familiar scenario where customers are too often faced with a sudden increase in their monthly water bill. In no time at all, our Smartplumber was able to quickly determine that the laundry room had sprung a leak; underneath the hot water line piping stone-tiled floor!   This was determined by using a thermal heat sensor that was used to locate the direction of the pipeline and where exactly the pipe damage was.   (This type of device reminds me of a Dr's stethoscope, where earphones and a sensor are used to detect and hear soft hissing sounds). Next, our Smartplumber Joey had to excavate a 1-foot hole beneath the stone tile directly above the heat source was and where the hissing sound was detected. Hey, presto! An increase in pests The toilet backs up when you flush.  Ever wondered why your bathroom smells of sewer gas odor? Without access to outside air the vacuum in the system might pull air from another plumbing fixture. For example, flushing the toilet could pull air from the bathroom sink removing the water from the P-Trap. So if you smell sewage out of the sink drain after flushing, this could be a sign of a larger ventilation issue. The P-Trap shaped piping is named after its shape. A small bend in the pipe to trap water creates a seal. This water seal prevents sewer gases and odors from leaking into your home via your drain.
