Here we're dealing with a backed-up floor drain at a local Chipotle restaurant. Being the lowest drain in a facility, the floor drain is the destination of wastewater when it cannot flow to the mainline. Once the mainline backs up it will have nowhere else to disperse to and overflow out of the floor drain.
A mainline backup in a residential property is bad enough; in a restaurant, time can be even more critical with customers milling about and the state of sanitation being in jeopardy. Luckily, we had an available plumber on the way within minutes of being called and were able to remedy the clog to get them back in business.
